About
The University of Arkansas Campus Historic District in Fayetteville is one of eight Arkansas properties that have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the country’s official list of historically significant properties.
My experience is in programming their campus control systems and audio. Specifically the classroom systems were created as templates for the integrator to roll out blocks of room rapidly without custom modifications.
The room programming implements one touch operation to ease faculty use. All classrooms are tied in to central monitoring and are self aware. For example, if a classroom is in presentation mode, and one of the remote monitors is manually turned off (perhaps by a student), the monitoring system will attempt to turn it back on while logging the activity and notifying the correct maintenance staff.
